Renewing your Club License
Renewing your club license couldn't be easier!
Netball Scotland club licenses are valid until 31st August each year. As of the 1st September, licenses will automatically expire and will need to be renewed. This can be done in advance as our early club renewal option opens on 1st July each season.
HOW TO RENEW YOUR CLUB LICENSE
STEP 1: You can access your club dashboard by logging into your own Netball Scotland JustGo user account. You must also have admin access granted and listed on your account via one of the following club roles;
1. Club Secretary
2. Club Chair
3. Vice-Chair
4. Treasurer
5. Committee Member
To check if you have admin access, once logged into your user account, go to MENU and you should see the below club tiles showing;
(If you do not have admin access, please contact your current club admin in the first instance to have this applied to your account).
STEP 2: Before renewing, it's important to check that all of your club information is up to date. This is how your existing and new players will find you.
On your profile, check that your club address field is correct, that your club contact email is up to date (we recommend a bespoke email account for your club).
STEP 3: Go to Menu, select Club Affiliation and from there you can select your club license and add it to your cart. For more detailed step by step instructions please see the attached guide.
