Removing Members from your Club

Removing Members from your Club

How to remove members from your club
At the start of a new season when you're reviewing your club members, you might need to remove some expired members from your club for various reasons. Perhaps they have transferred to another club, are taking a break from netball or have moved away. This is a very simple process for a club admin to complete and helps us to keep all of the club and member data accurate.

To begin, log into your JustGo user account that is linked to your club with admin access.

Once logged in, go to MENU - MY CLUB - CLUB MEMBERS - and this will open up your club members dashboard.
MY CLUB - CLUB MEMBERS
There are a number of ways to filter your club members on this dashboard. Please see them below circled in red.

1. Filter by membership level
2. Filter by membership status
3. Summary by membership/status/role
4. Or search by member name in the search bar
Club Members Dashboard
Once you have found the members that you would like to remove as club members, simply select the three dots to the right or the member's name and select 'LEAVE CLUB'.

Once you select 'Leave Club' you will be asked to type a reason. Type the reason for removing the member and then press 'SUBMIT'.
