Creating a Family Module on JustGo

WHAT IS A FAMILY MODULE?

The Family Module allows members to group together as a family. Meaning one member of the family can log into their own account, but also switch across accounts to see all other family members profiles.

This allows:

  1. 1 member of the family to edit each member’s basic profile details (eg contact details) and renew membership licences together in 1 purchase.
  2. It also means one email address can be used for multiple users.
  3. Parents can also set up their own profile to take control of the Family Module.
*Please note - One email address can be used for multiple users however a member profile username must always be unique.
