Club Secretary Guidance - Bulk Renewal

You can only use the bulk renewal process for membership renewals.

If a member has not held a licence previously, you cannot include them in a bulk renewal batch. Bulk renewal works on the assumption that the renewing membership will be the same membership category/licence as the previous year. 

Once logged into JustGo, navigate to your Club Profile and go to the Club Members tab. 


From the Membership menu drop-down select 'Bulk Renew'.

IMPORTANT
- Club membership purchases made using the 'Bulk Renew' option are non-refundable and come under the same membership purchase terms and conditions as regular individual membership purchases.
- Clubs using the bulk renewal option, or any option to purchase a membership on behalf of individual members must ensure that the appropriate payment agreements are in place in advance of purchasing, as Netball Scotland cannot consider any cases where purchases were made in error, or where a member leaves the club.
